Prior to joining Conrad O’Brien, Brittany clerked for Chief Magistrate Judge Linda K. Caracappa in the United States District Court for Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Before entering her clerkship, Brittany worked as in-house counsel for a large, publicly traded company in the healthcare industry, and she specialized in employment and labor law. Brittany represented the company at hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement conferences, and she counseled clients at all levels and all functions. As a former in-house counsel, Brittany understands the unique concerns of her clients.
Brittany graduated cum laude from Loyola University Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Political Science, and she earned her J.D. cum laude from Villanova University School of Law. Brittany was a staff writer and an associate editor for the Villanova Law Review from 2010 - 2012, and between her first and second years of law school, Brittany interned for the Honorable Cynthia M. Rufe in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
