Two New Associates Join Conrad O’Brien

Kyle M. Elliott previously clerked for The Honorable Thomas I. Vanaskie on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania (October 2009-April 2010), as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals (April 2010-August 2011).
Kyle graduated from Georgetown University (B.A., ‘05) and received his law degree from Villanova University School of Law (‘09).
Kyle will be representing businesses and professionals in a broad range of matters involving complex commercial litigation, particularly in business and insurance matters, banking matters, and healthcare. Additionally, Kyle will be representing clients in class action matters, as well as white collar defense and internal corporate investigations.
A graduate of the University of California, Irvine (‘06), Abiye Mariam received his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law (’11), where he was honored as a Beasley Scholar and Dean’s Honor List recipient.
While studying law at Temple University Beasley School of Law, Abiye was a member of the Integrated Trial Advocacy Program as well as the Black Law Students Association.
Abiye will be representing businesses and professionals in a broad range of matters involving complex commercial litigation, particularly in business and insurance matters, as well as employment discrimination matters.
